How to request deletion of your data

At Abu Taw Haa Adnan, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to request deletion of any data we have collected through our Facebook Pages and Messenger services.

What Data We Store

When you interact with our Facebook Pages, we may store:

  • Your Facebook Page-Scoped ID (PSID)
  • Your public Facebook profile name
  • Messages you have sent to our pages
  • Timestamps and interaction metadata

How to Request Data Deletion

Method 1: Email Request (Recommended)

Send an email to:

support@tawhaazinnurain.com

Please include in your email:

  • Subject: Data Deletion Request
  • Your Facebook Profile Name
  • The Facebook Page you contacted
  • Approximate date of your messages

Response time: We will process your request within 30 days.

Method 2: Facebook Messenger Request

Send a direct message to any of our Facebook Pages with the text:

"I request deletion of my data"

Our team will process the request manually within 30 days.

Method 3: Unfollow/Unlike the Page

You can also unfollow or unlike our Facebook Pages, which will stop any future data collection. However, this does not automatically delete previously collected data — please use Method 1 or 2 for that.

What Happens After Request

  1. We verify your identity (via Facebook PSID or message history)
  2. We locate all data associated with your PSID
  3. We permanently delete the data from our systems
  4. We send you a confirmation email

Data We Cannot Delete

Some data may be retained for legal or compliance reasons:

  • Records required by law or regulation
  • Data needed to prevent fraud or abuse
  • Anonymized/aggregated data (not linked to you)
